OUR TEAM
ASC Security recruits properly trained and experienced security officers to perform proficient and strategic duties. A strict set of criteria is adhered to when selecting our officers, in addition to clearance from Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD), before any deployment. ASC Security Management holds extensive meetings and gains critical feedback from clients to understand the demands and concerns regularly.

EXCEEDING TARGETS
Our framework of KPIs ties in closely with the officers' Code of Conduct to motivate each employee to exceed targets. A group insurance scheme is also implemented to cover permanent staff. Over time, they can look forward to promotions and increments in line with the Progressive Wage Model by MOM and PLRD.
